Cleanouts

Whole houses, estates, move-outs and tenant turnovers. Basements, attics, garages and storage units.

For a whole house, send a 30-second video walking room to room. We'll give you one number for everything, and if it's more than a truck the second load is cheaper than the first.

You don't have to be there. A key, a lockbox code or an open garage works, and we text you a photo when it's done.

What a cleanout looks like

  • Our crew carries everything out and loads it. Furniture, appliances, boxes, bags, the lot. You don't lift anything.
  • Basement, third floor, back of the yard, doesn't matter.
  • Anything heavy or awkward, like a piano, a hot tub or a safe, call it out so we bring the right gear.
  • If there's a deadline, a closing date or a tenant moving in, tell us and we'll work to it.
  • We leave the space clean when we're finished.

What it costs

We charge by how much of the truck you fill, and you get the number before we start. That number is the whole job, not a base rate with fees added after.

How it works

We don't come out to look first. The photo is the estimate.

  1. Send us a photo and the address

    A photo or two is enough for most jobs. For a whole house, a quick video walking through is better.

  2. We text you back one price

    Often the same day. That's the number for the whole job. If it works, we pick a day.

  3. We show up and haul it out

    Our crew carries everything out and loads it. You don't have to be there: a key, a lockbox code or an open garage works. When it's done we text you a photo.
