CC Junk and Hauling · Pricing

Pricing.

By the truckload. The number we text you is the whole job, and you get it before we start.

The sheet

We charge by how much of the truck you fill, in eighths. The truck is 20 feet long. A whole house can run more than one truck.

Past a full truck it gets cheaper per load. Bigger than two trucks we quote after we see it, and for a whole house a quick video walking through gets you one number for everything.

Not sure how much you've got? Send us a photo. We'll tell you which line you're on before we show up.

Need regular service? We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly pickups with consistent pricing to make budgeting easy.

That's the whole job. Nothing added after.

Pallets

What the number covers

  • The carrying. Basement, third floor, back of the yard. You don't lift anything.
  • The loading and the hauling. It's on our truck and gone the same trip.
  • The number itself. We text it to you before we start. It doesn't change when we get there unless there's more than what was in the photo, and then we tell you before we touch it.
  • A photo when it's done. So you can see the space empty without driving over.

How to keep it low

  • We price by space, so a smaller pile means a lower price. Break down boxes and stack flat things flat.
  • Household trash takes up truck space like anything else. If the barrel guys will take it, let them.
  • Send us the whole pile in one photo. If we can see all of it we can give you the tightest number.
  • If it's more than a truck, tell us. The second load is cheaper than the first.

Price questions

Is that the whole price?

Yes. The number we text you covers the carrying, the loading, the hauling and getting rid of it. No base rate, no fees added after.

What if it's more than you thought when you get there?

If what's there matches the photo, the number stands. If there's a second basement nobody mentioned, we tell you the new number before we touch anything and you decide.

Do realtors and property managers get a different rate?

Same sheet. What you get is the photo when it's done, one text to schedule, and no need to be on site if there's a lockbox.

Do you charge to come out and look?

We don't come out to look. The photo is the estimate, and the estimate is free.
